1. The short version
A cookie is a small file a website leaves in your browser so it can remember something. Our public website uses none. Your client panel uses one, so it can remember that you are logged in. That is the whole story today. If we ever add anything else, it goes in section 4 and you get a real choice before it runs.
2. What we use today

These are called necessary cookies. They do not follow you to other websites and they do not build a profile of you.
3. What we do not use
- No advertising cookies.
- No cross-site tracking, no retargeting, no pixels from social networks.
- No selling of anything a cookie collects.
- No analytics that follows you to other websites, and none that feeds advertising.
4. The analytics we use
Since 24 August 2026 the public website uses Vercel Web Analytics, from the company that hosts the site. We turned it on for one reason: with sixteen pages published, we need to know which ones people actually read.
It does not set a cookie and it stores nothing on your device. That is why there is no banner asking your permission — there is nothing on your machine to ask about.
What it records, in aggregate:
- Which page was opened.
- Where the visit came from — the search engine or the site that linked here.
- The country, the browser and the kind of device.
What it does not record: your name, your e-mail, your IP address as a stored value, or anything that identifies you as a person. It is not used for advertising, it is not sold, and it does not follow you to other websites. If we ever change tools, this section names the new one before it goes live.
5. How to control cookies yourself
Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies from its settings — usually under Privacy or Site settings. If you block the session cookie, the public website still works, but the client panel cannot keep you logged in.
6. The local agent is not a cookie
Estibra installs a small program, about 5 MB, on one computer in your warehouse. It talks to your print station and your dimensioner on your own network and passes readings to the robot. It is not a cookie, it does not live in your browser, and it does not watch what anyone browses. You can uninstall it from that computer at any time.
7. Why there is no banner
A banner exists to ask permission to put something on your device. The only thing we put on a device is the session cookie that keeps a client logged in to their own panel, and that one is required for the panel to work at all — there is nothing to consent to.
Our analytics stores nothing on your device, so it needs no banner either. A banner about nothing is theater.
If we ever add something that does need a cookie of yours, we will ask, the choice will have a real “no”, and saying no will not break anything on this site.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Miami-Dade County. Everything we sell is month-to-month and you can cancel any time.
